Don’t keep your knife stored in the leather sheath for extended periods. Leather can absorb moisture from the air, potentially causing rust on the blade if stored incorrectly. After using your knife, wash it with soap and water, then make sure it’s completely dry. Apply oil or wax to the blade to prevent rusting.

Shipping policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. Shipping transit time:

Please note that orders to US destinations may take 3-10 business days (excluding Sundays, and Holidays) from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and the final destination of the order.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Pre- ordering or out of stock items:

We accept pre-orders or out-of-stock items. When you place a pre-order, we begin crafting your product from scratch. This process takes longer than standard shipping, as each item is custom-made to ensure the highest quality.

Shipping Time: 1 week
Total Delivery Time: 4 weeks from the date of your order.

Orders over $99 enjoy FREE shipping via USPS within the Continental United States.

WARRANTY

At Hunting impex, we are extremely proud of our products and sincerely value our customers. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your hunting impex experience. Our knives and tools are tough and are purpose-designed to fit a need. If your hunting impex product fails to perform due to a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace free of charge – forever. We don’t expect any of our knives or tools to fail, but if this happens, we will take care of you.

Refund & Exchange policy

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Sometimes the shipping company will mark tracking as 'delivered' when the package reaches your local post office. These packages are typically delivered the next business day or can be picked up from your local post office. Please take note of the shipment tracking that is emailed to you so that you can see the shipping progress and the estimated delivery date.
